At Oleo Arts, every painting begins with passion and precision.
Our studio brings together career painters with 10–20+ years of experience in hand-painted oil works—artists trained in fine-arts academies, refined by gallery projects, and obsessed with getting every detail right.

We believe one simple truth:
Art has no borders. It only matters whether a piece moves you.

Whether your painting ends up in New York, Paris or Tokyo, our internal rule is the same:
if we wouldn’t hang it in our own studio, we don’t ship it to your wall.

Our Story

Oleo Arts started as a small shared studio.
By day, our painters worked on gallery commissions and client projects; by night, they gathered around the easels to talk brushwork, color, and composition. Some focused on classical reproductions, others on modern abstract and minimalist pieces, and some on custom interior projects.

Over time, a common belief emerged:

Great art shouldn’t live only in museums
or in a few private collections.

From that shared idea, Oleo Arts grew into a dedicated team focused on museum-style oil reproductions and contemporary original canvases, serving homeowners, interior designers, and collectors around the world.

Many of our painters are independent artists whose skills deserve a bigger stage.

What We Paint

At Oleo Arts, we currently work along 3 main lines:

1. Hand-Painted Reproductions of Classic Masterpieces

  • Based on public-domain works from art history;
  • Faithfully re-created by senior painters, one brushstroke at a time;
  • Ideal if you’ve always wanted a “museum wall” at home.

2. Modern Originals & Contemporary Wall Art

  • Original compositions designed by our modern artists;
  • Includes minimalist, abstract, contemporary landscape, figurative and more;
  • Built around real interiors: balanced color, clean structure, and calm atmospheres;
  • Sold exclusively through Oleo Arts—we don’t mass-print these designs.

3. Custom Oil Paintings from Your Licensed Images

  • We turn photos or artwork you own or are licensed to use (family portraits, pets, personal photography, commissioned designs, etc.)
    into hand-painted oil on linen or high-grade canvas;
  • Perfect for heirloom gifts, wedding presents, and personal collections.

From blank canvas to finished piece, each painting passes through:

Sketch & Layout 

A senior artist sets the composition, proportions, and light direction.

Layered Color Work

We build up large color fields and atmosphere first, then refine forms and depth.

Detailing & Refinement

Comparing constantly with the reference or design draft, we adjust expression, texture, and color transitions—until the painting feels alive, not mechanical.

Drying & Final Check

After full drying, we re-view the painting under different light to ensure balance and stability.

Stretching, Framing & Quality Control

Only pieces that pass our internal QC move on to stretching, framing, and packing.

Our Commitment

    Every piece is oil on canvas or linen, painted by our in-house team.
    We never use inkjet prints or “print + touch-up” methods.

  • Materials Made to Last
    We use archival pigments and durable supports designed for long-term display in normal home environments.

  • Safe Delivery, Ready for Your Wall
    Each painting is protected with reinforced corners and multi-layer packaging,
    so it arrives safely and is as close to “ready to hang” as possible.

  • After-Sales Support & Duties Assistance

    • 60-day returns from the day of delivery (see our store policy for details);

    • If import duties or taxes occur, we help with clearance and, with proof of payment,
      reimburse 50% of the duties/taxes paid.
