At Oleo Arts, every artwork is hand-painted and framed to order. We take great care to ensure that each piece arrives safely and beautifully, ready to display in your space.

Processing Time

All paintings are made to order.
• Standard production time: 7–10 business days
• During busy seasons or for custom requests, please allow a few extra days for completion.
You will receive a preview photo for approval before shipment.

You may request up to two free minor adjustments (color balance or small details).
Please approve within 72 hours; otherwise, we will auto-approve to maintain your timeline.
Further changes may incur additional cost and lead time.

Shipping Options

• Standard Air Shipping (Free) – Worldwide delivery via DHL/UPS, estimated 7–10 business days after approval.

Packaging & Protection

• Rolled canvases are rolled carefully and shipped in a reinforced protective tube.
• Stretched/ Framed Paintings are secured with bubble wrap and shipped in custom wooden crates.
Each parcel is labeled Fragile and handled with care by our couriers.

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will repair, replace, or refund your order as appropriate.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every painting we create.
If your artwork arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, contact us within 60 days for a revision or full refund.

Duties & Taxes

Our prices do not include customs duties or taxes. Since customs regulations vary by country, in some cases you may be required to pay additional fees to your local customs office. However, please note:

  • 90% of orders do not incur any extra charges;
  • If you encounter any issues during the customs process, we will provide full support and the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth clearance;
  • We are also willing to cover 50% of the customs fees to help reduce your burden.
