100% hand‑painted oil on canvas—never prints. Natural brushwork and subtle variations are part of the art.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Because each artwork is hand-painted and often made to order, we cannot accept returns for:
Gift cards.
Please note that custom artworks cannot be refunded simply due to a change of mind, as each piece is created individually for you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos — we’ll help you with a replacement or other suitable solution.
Because each piece is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges due to change of mind. You’ll receive a proof before shipment and can request minor tweaks (e.g., color balance or small details).
If the delivered painting does not match the approved proof or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos/unboxing video. We’ll provide a replacement, rework, or suitable solution at no extra cost.
Post-delivery preference changes (size, frame, style) are not eligible for exchange. We can offer a paid rework or a discounted reorder instead.
We accept exchanges within 60 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once the exchange is approved, we’ll ship the replacement. Shipping fees may apply unless the exchange is due to our error or carrier damage.
Email us with your order number + issue description + photos. We’ll reply with instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized artworks, as each painting is individually created to your specifications.
For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
