Yes. We email a photo/video proof before shipping. You have 2 free minor tweaks (color balance & small details; no repaint) and 72 hours to approve. No reply within 72 hours = auto-approval and we proceed to varnish/framing and shipping.
Yes! Our artists can customize colors, size, or orientation of most paintings. You can also request artworks not displayed on our website or turn your photo into oil painting.

Once your painting is shipped, we will provide a tracking number and a link so you can monitor your package until it arrives safely.
Email photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damage within 7 days. We’ll replace or refund and handle the courier claim—no extra cost to you.
No, our prices do not include customs duties or taxes. Because customs rules vary by country, some orders may be charged additional amounts by your local customs office; in practice, around 90% of orders incur no extra charges.
If you encounter any issues during customs clearance, we’ll provide full support and the required documentation to ensure a smooth process.
To reduce your burden, we will reimburse 50% of any import duties and VAT/GST that are charged, capped at 10% of your order subtotal. This reimbursement applies only to official duties and taxes (not courier brokerage/advancement or handling fees) and must be requested within 14 days of delivery by submitting the carrier’s duty/tax invoice (or the equivalent in your local currency).
A generous 60‑day “not satisfied” return from the delivery date—no need to explain. Please keep the artwork in original condition and packaging.
Within 5–7 business days after the return is received and passes inspection, funds are returned to your original payment method.
